What FaroVivo does

We install an assistant on the messaging channel a business already uses — its WhatsApp number, its Instagram inbox — so that the questions that repeat every day get answered in seconds instead of the next morning. Prices, hours, address, availability, booking an appointment, taking an order.

The assistant is built with the actual catalogue, prices and schedule of that business. It is not a generic script, and it is not a menu of numbered options. When it runs into something outside what it was set up to answer, it hands the conversation to a person instead of improvising.

What the assistants do not do

This is the part most vendors leave out, and it is the reason clinics hire us. An assistant that oversteps in a regulated field is not a better product — it is a liability.

• In veterinary clinics, medical and dental practices, and aesthetics: the assistant does not diagnose, does not give clinical guidance, does not decide whether something is urgent, and does not comment on medication. Any message describing a symptom goes to a person, and the customer is told that is happening.
• In legal matters, including immigration: the assistant does not give legal advice. It handles scheduling and general information, and hands anything else to a person.
• In medical practices, clinical information never enters the WhatsApp channel at all. We do not sell "HIPAA compliance over WhatsApp", because it does not exist.
• The assistant does not invent. If it does not know something, it says so and passes the conversation on.
• The list of phrases that trigger the hand-off to a person is set by the business owner, and it is tested with real cases before the assistant goes live.

What it costs

Prices are published on the site, with no form in the way. The packages are different products with different scopes — not discounted versions of one another, and the monthly figure belongs to its own package.

• Starter — from $350 USD setup, plus $99 USD/month of operation. An assistant that answers prices, hours and books appointments on its own.
• Business — from $900 USD setup, plus $199 USD/month of operation. Everything in Starter, plus follow-up with people who never replied, automatic appointment reminders, and a connection to the calendar or system the business already uses.
• Professional — from $2,500 USD setup, plus $349 USD/month of operation. Several processes automated at once, service in Spanish and English, and custom integrations.
• Websites are quoted separately, as a one-time payment: landing page from $350 USD, basic site from $600 USD, online store from $1,800 USD.
• Delivery: a website in a few days; a WhatsApp assistant, 3 to 10 days.
• 30-day guarantee: if the assistant does not answer the way we agreed in writing, we keep working at no extra cost until it does.

Who runs it

Jorge Luis Ceballos founded FaroVivo and does the work. He has been working with artificial intelligence since 2022, and has five systems running today across four sectors: healthcare, real estate, content and financial data.

The only client named publicly is PropergroupX, a real estate company in Las Vegas, NV, and it is named because they gave permission. Their platform — where the company and its 18 partners track every opportunity, its follow-up and its invoicing — is live at propergroupx.com. The rest of the work is described by sector and problem, without client names, because not everyone gave permission.

Where we work, and in which languages

Based in Miami, FL. We work with businesses across the United States — Miami and Houston are the two metros where most of our conversations start — and also in Mexico, Colombia and Spain.

Everything is done in Spanish and English, at the same quality in both. That is not a translation layer bolted on at the end: the assistants answer in whichever language the customer writes in, from the same number.
