Jorge Luis Ceballos, founder of FaroVivo
I'm Jorge Luis Ceballos and I founded FaroVivo. I've worked with artificial intelligence since 2022, and today I have five systems running across four industries: healthcare, real estate, content and financial data. One of them, the PropergroupX platform, you can open right now. The rest go unnamed because not everyone gave me permission to publish it.
This page exists for a simple reason: before you hand over your money, you have a right to know who is doing the work and what they have done before. Here it is, with no adjectives.
What I've built
Each one with its industry, the problem it solves and the state it's actually in. If something is paused, I say it's paused. What stayed on paper is not on this list, however good it would look there.

Healthcare
A health app running today: two applications — one for the patient, one for the doctor — on a single codebase.
Status: In production
I don't give results for this one. It ships through direct updates today and is not in the app stores yet, so I count it as technical experience, not as a success case. When you can download it and check for yourself, we can talk numbers.

PropergroupX: a live management platform for a real estate company and its 18 partners, where every opportunity, its follow-up and its invoicing live in one place.
Status: In production
It is the only client that appears by name, and it appears because they gave me permission.

The automation of the enrollment process for a health and life insurance brokerage.
Status: Built and delivered; paused today
It worked. The business stopped it for their own reasons, not because of the system, and I'd rather say that than leave it on the list as if it were still running.

Industries with nothing in common. That's what I want you to take from this list: it isn't the same template shipped over and over, it's walking into different businesses and learning how each one works from the inside. Five are still running today; the other two show their real status instead of pretending they still run.
How I work, in five lines
- I tell you the price before I start, never after.
- If I'm not the right fit, I say so. When someone on your team can build it, that route is cheaper and I'll tell you straight.
- Before going live we put in writing what the assistant answers and what goes to a person.
- 30-day guarantee from the day it goes live: if it doesn't answer the way we wrote it down, I keep working at no extra cost.
- I work in English and Spanish, with the same quality.

Why small businesses
Building large systems taught me something I didn't expect: the problem is almost never the technology. An insurance brokerage and a vet clinic have the same underlying mess — someone answering the same thing twenty times a day — and the tools to fix it have existed for years.
The difference is who has somebody to set them up. A large company does. A five-person business doesn't: it has the owner answering messages at eleven at night and losing customers anyway. That's where this actually changes something, and it's why FaroVivo works with small businesses and not with corporations.
FaroVivo is based in Miami and works in English and Spanish, with businesses in the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Spain.

Why don't most of the projects have names?
Because not everyone gave me permission to publish them, and I won't put a client's name up without them knowing. PropergroupX did, which is why it's the only one with a name and a link. For the rest I describe the type of work and the problem it solved, which is the part that helps you decide.
Can I see something working right now?
Two things. The PropergroupX platform, at propergroupx.com. And the chat on this very page: Luis, the assistant in the bottom right, is the same kind of assistant I build for a client. Ask it for a price or book an appointment and you can check it without talking to me.
Have you worked on anything like my business?
Maybe, maybe not, and it matters less than you'd think. Healthcare, real estate, insurance and restaurants have nothing in common, and the problem still repeats itself: someone answering the same thing all day and customers leaving because nobody replied in time. Tell me what you answer all day and I'll tell you whether this helps you, even if the answer is no.
Who does the work, you or someone else?
I build the assistant myself, and I'm the one who answers when you message on WhatsApp. That isn't a promise of being available at any hour: it's that you won't explain your business to someone who then hands it off to somebody else.
