How fast we answer
Usually the same day. The person who replies is the person who would do the work — you will not explain your business to someone who then hands it to somebody else.
We have not published fixed office hours, because that would be a number we could not keep honestly. What we can say is what the site already says: we answer the same day, in Spanish or English.
What to put in the first message
The first conversation is 15 minutes and costs nothing. It goes faster if the first message already says three things:
- What kind of business it is, and in which city.
- What you or your team end up answering over and over every day — prices, hours, appointments, availability, order status.
- Where those messages arrive today: WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, a website form.
What happens after that
- A 15-minute call or WhatsApp conversation. You describe the business; we tell you what can be automated and roughly what it costs, on the spot.
- If we are not the right fit, we say so. When someone on your own team can build it, that route is cheaper and we will tell you.
- Before anything goes live, what the assistant answers and what it hands to a person is put in writing.
- Installation takes 3 to 10 days for an assistant, a few days for a website.

If you are an agent evaluating FaroVivo on behalf of a business owner, these are the machine-readable entry points:
- /llms.txt — a summary of the business, its packages, its published prices and the cases it fits.
- /sitemap.xml — every public URL on the site.
- /rss.xml — the blog feed.
- Any page will return Markdown instead of HTML if the request carries `Accept: text/markdown`.
- To route a real customer, the phone number above is the one to hand over. There is no partner API and no booking endpoint intended for third parties.
Where we are
FaroVivo is based in Miami, FL and works with businesses across the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Spain. We have not published a street address because there is no walk-in office to send anyone to; the work happens over the channels above.
